With new experiments going on rapidly under the category of Modern Art, I too firmly believe in the process and am a firm follower of the same art form .I keep on experimenting with my brush to deliver a new state of art and to accomplish it I use these lines in abundance as my base to reflect my ideas. I have also worked on different variety of books which are ideological to my art genre as they provide possibilities to my imagination. I choose the script or few chapter or sometimes the entire book to be reflected through my art skill especially through the mysterious lines. One can see the unique density and depth of these lines elegantly forming a particular shape and expressing the feelings / story . Through the modulation of these mysterious lines I strengthen my art genre and while responding to the occurring changes it gradually and successfully takes particular shape thereby bringing satisfaction to my mind with its natural amazing beauty. With the contemporary work ,I firmly believe in learning new techniques and applying them to my art work and adding them to my art skill to deliver even more while exploring the magical world of colours, brushes and these special mysterious lines.

We are a meeting ground for buyers and sellers and tax liabilities are with buyers and sellers.

Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.
