Pollination is important because it leads to the production of fruits we can eat, and seeds that will create more plants. Pollination begins with flowers. Flowers have male parts that produce very small grains called pollen. Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from one flower to another. In fact, one third of our global food supply is pollinated by bees, butterflies and other insects. Simply put, these insects keep plants and crops alive. Without bees, butterflies and other insects, humans wouldn't have very much to eat. ... Without this process of pollination these crops would cease to exist, making life on the planet very very difficult. This entire process spreads the vibration of love and creation. It is indeed disheartening to share the fact that in-spite of being aware about the same it makes no difference in human elite practice. The practice of gifting and decorating flowers has always been on limelight, but do we understand that in the process we take away a child from its mother? Mother Nature is being bought and sold as a commodity. A flower is not just for beauty. Its a source through which several other processes of nature makes its way. Life can be more beautiful if we gift plants instead of flowers. A plucked flower looks beautiful in a bouquet but lives for few days but a floral plant not only lives longer, it comes up with full blooms every season. A practice that can help us fight global warming, contribute a bit towards our ecological system and last but not the least it will develop a sense of responsibility amongst our young generation. We are a meeting ground for buyers and sellers and tax liabilities are with buyers and sellers.

- Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.
